If you venture out into this uncharted territory, let us know what you experience. I am especially interested in finding out which, if any, of the lead generating entities are licensed mortgage companies. Lead generation is part of the origination process, therefore, your lead source must be licensed as well. A good example of this is the Senior Lending Network. Just look at the responses to a Reverse Mortgage Daily post back in May 2008.
Like many others in this business, I have thrown a couple of thousand bucks at a company that did not deliver any leads, or a refund.
